Karla is a Primary Years teacher with a degree in Fine Arts.
She is a Kids, Partner and Family Yoga teacher trained by Rainbow Yoga and is now one of the Philippines’ Rainbow Yoga ambassadors.
Karla is also a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher trained by Mindi Batson under School Yoga Institute.

Shardasia’s passion for holistic health, wellness and mindful living drew her to Rishikesh, India in 2019 to complete a 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Where she learned Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini Tantra Yoga techniques and also stayed on to complete further training in Reiki and Sound Therapy.
She has since been teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Hot Yoga regularly in New Zealand, holding Sound Therapy workshops and relaxing half day retreats around New Zealand.
Ali is a hatha yoga teacher with an Iyengar style teaching background. Completing her initial training in ashrams in the holy city of Rishikesh, she continues her journey as a yoga student with Susi Hayley, an expert in yoga therapy.
She is a qualified Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga teacher and continues her education with yoga for Older Adults.
Her slow, mindful, and therapeutic approach focuses on functional movement, building awareness of and connection to self and beyond.

She also teaches at Yogasutra Foundation in China & has conducted multiple Yoga Workshop in Malaysia.
Her main objective is to improve practitioners posture.
By sharing the true meaning of Yoga, she aims to help her students reach enlightenment and she believes that with the combination of theoretical knowledge and her personal experience, she will be able to do so.
