Ba Duan Jin are a set of qigong exercises that originated in China and have been practiced throughout the world for thousands of years.  Each movement focuses on a different meridian to improve the flow of qi throughout the body.  

These exercises leaves your body’s qi stimulated and increased, every organ has been massaged and strengthened, every meridian stretched. With regular practice stagnant – disease and illness causing – energy will be unblocked, and you will become more resilient in your health, both mentally and physically.

Ba Duan Jin emphasizes the combination of “body, breath and spirit”. These exercises, cooperated with breathing method, will enable practioners to have plenty of qi and blood and perform proper movements, and obtain better effect by only putting in half efforts.

Cure for Illnesses

Like any other moving exercise, regular practicing of the 8 Brocades improves the cardiovascular function. However, the characteristics of the exercise system of the 8 brocades further enhances General balance, Limb strength, Respiration and Blood Circulation.

Ba Duan Jin is recommended as adjuvant treatment to COVID-19 patients in China. It is proven to enhance human immunity and decrease the risk of virus infection.
